All of us here at Bumbleride had a busy and beautiful summer. We hope your summer days were filled with memorable times with your children. We can’t believe Fall is sneaking up and kids are back in school.

Now we are packing up to attend this months Kind+Jugend trade show in Cologne, Germany followed by the ABC Kids Expo in Kentucky. It is always a great time to reconnect with retailers and friends and see all the exciting things happening in our industry.

Until Then is dedicated to raising the issues of street children all over the world. We were recently introduced to them and their work with Siempre, a childrens home in Tijuana, Mexico. Their story is powerful and their hearts are big. Visit untilthen.org and see how you can help.

Life here at Bumbleride has been a whirlwind of action. It began with a move to a new office, producing a video, a photo shoot for our new Natural Edition, designing our new website and launching some of our new products for 2011.

There has been so much activity and excitement that now we’re going to sit back and enjoy seeing your reaction to all the creative flow that we have been feeling.

We are looking forward to sharing the results of our hard work in the upcoming weeks.
In the meantime, here are a few pictures of our new work space.

In March we’re moving to a pretty cool new space down the street from our current office. In anticipation of the move, we’ve ordered a set of the new Herman Miller Sayl chairs. So cool! The frameless back chair was Designed by Yves Behar and inspired by the principles of suspension bridges.

Pictured is the configuration that we chose for our office. We can’t wait to try them out.

A few of us in the office had a great idea of meeting for lunch on the first Friday of each month. We did a raffle and are picking a new spot every month. Today we ended up at Station in South Park. A fun, comfort food restaurant in a cool little pocket of San Diego. The food was delicious and there is a cute little play area for the kids.

As we bring the last decade to a close, we want to thank all our Bumbleride families for the opportunity to be a part of your memories and precious moments with your children. We love what we do and view it as a privilege to be a part of the ride of your life.

We know 2011 will be another amazing year. We can’t wait to introduce to you everything we have been designing and we anticipate meeting our new little pilots expected in 2011!

We had a great day in the studio shooting our 2011 Movement Edition. The little models were adorable and had so much fun. We’re excited about our new colors, Jet and Fog and can’t wait for you to see them.

Dannie, a vital part of our Customer Service team, is anticipating the birth of her first baby! In March she will meet her little girl, Kaelyn. Kaelyn’s parents are both San Diego natives and met as neighborhood friends at the age of twelve. We look forward to posting pictures of their sweet baby girl riding the streets in her Queen B!

It was a cloudy Saturday morning but the Bumbleride team brought a ton of energy to the 4th Annual Rady Children’s Shamu walk at Sea World in San Diego. The walk for Rady Children’s helped to raise over $217,000! If you weren’t able to make it and would like to donate to Rady Children’s please visit their donation site here. We just returned from the ABC Kids Expo in Las Vegas and it was a blast. It’s always such a great time reconnecting with our dealers and previewing a little of what’s to come in the next year. We’re so excited about our new collections that we had to post a sneak peek.
